Job Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of accounting entries.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Handle tax-related tasks including GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of financial statements for audits.
  • Maintain ledgers and journals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare month-end and year-end closing entries.
  • Liaise with tax authorities, vendors, and clients.
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
