🚀 Operations Supervisor – Food Processing & Drying

Location: Rai, Sonipat, Main GT Road

Industry: Food Processing / Food Technology

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to take ownership of our Food Drying business vertical at DryM Foods.

You will be responsible for managing the complete day-to-day operation — from raw food input → drying → yield calculation → packing → final output.

• What you will do📊 Maintain and calculate input vs. output/yield for every batch
• 👷 Manage and allocate daily labour/manpower
• 📦 Handle packaging, packing material and finished stock
• 🏭 Plan and monitor daily production and drying activities
• 📝 Maintain accurate production, wastage and inventory records
• 🔄 Coordinate between production, drying, packaging and dispatch
• 🎯 Track productivity and reduce wastage/losses
• ✅ Ensure hygiene, quality and process discipline on the shop floor
• 💡 Take ownership of solving day-to-day operational issues
• Who we are looking for2–5 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, production or operations
• Strong with numbers, calculations and Excel
• Good at managing workers and getting work completed on time
• Practical, organised and comfortable working on the factory floor
• Someone who can take ownership rather than just supervise

This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and growth potential. The right person will have the opportunity to build and eventually lead the entire Food Drying operations vertical.
