Job Description
Verify refunds, cancellations, service charges, and other financial adjustments.
Maintain petty cash and daily expense records.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
Ensure all accounting entries and documents are accurate and up to date.
Handle accounts payable and receivable and maintain proper outstanding records.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and company ledgers regularly.
Maintain records of airline, supplier, agent, and customer payments.
