Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Weekly Off: Wednesday

Job SummarySky Deck 24 is looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Server / Waiter to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent service to guests.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
• Attend to guest requests and provide prompt assistance.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth order service.
• Check guest satisfaction and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu, food items, and beverages.
• Follow all restaurant service, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support the team during busy hours and maintain a positive working environment.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Server / Waiter in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar establishment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
