Location: Assigned Kofi Kafi Store (Delhi NCR )

Reporting To: Store Manager / Team Lead

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Shift Timing: Flexible (Morning / Evening Shifts)

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesGreet every customer with energy and a smile
• Take orders accurately using POS systems
• Prepare and serve beverages (hot & cold) and food items (paninis, snacks, etc.)
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet at all times
• Follow all SOPs for beverage prep, customer service, and opening/closing
• Refill inventory and assist in daily stock checks
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure fast and smooth service
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalate issues to the manager

• Willingness to learn coffee prep (barista training provided)
