Job Description

  • Counsel clients regarding various immigration and visa options, including Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, UK visas, and other relevant immigration programs.
  • Understand clients’ profiles, eligibility, qualifications, work experience, and immigration requirements to recommend suitable visa pathways.
  • Handle client enquiries, conduct follow-ups, and maintain professional communication throughout the visa process.
  • Explain visa eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, application procedures, and processing timelines to clients.
  • Assist clients with tourist and visitor visa options for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.
  • Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure accurate collection and verification of client documents.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospin shorective clients and convert qualified leads into successful cases.
  • Maintain accurate client records, update CRM systems, and track the status of enquiries and applications.
  • Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, eligibility criteria, and changes in application procedures.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring transparent guidance, ethical counselling, and a positive client experience.
