Job Description
- Counsel clients on visa application procedures, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Understand and explain the requirements of various visa categories for different countries.
- Assess client profiles and recommend the most suitable visa options based on their purpose of travel.
- Collect, verify, organize, and manage all required visa documents and supporting paperwork.
- Prepare and review visa applications to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Answer client queries and provide timely support throughout the visa application process.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding document collection, application status, and additional requirements.
- Ensure clients comply with the terms, conditions, and validity requirements of their visas.
- Keep up to date with the latest immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and visa policies.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS centers, and other authorized agencies when required.
- Maintain accurate visa records and update client information in the company's CRM or visa management system.
- Create and maintain a well-organized filing system for physical and digital documents.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client information and sensitive documents.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
