Job Description

  1. Receive, review, and process visa applications for work, study, tourist, and business categories.
  2. Verify applicant documents including passports, financial records, invitation letters, educational certificates, and employment records.
  3. Maintain updated knowledge of immigration rules, embassy/consulate policies, and procedural changes.
  4. Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
  5. Communicate with applicants, recruitment agencies, universities, or employers regarding missing documents or application status.
  6. Record and update case files in the internal system/database.
  7. Provide guidance and support to applicants on visa procedures, requirements, and documentation.
  8. Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards when handling applicant information.
