Travel Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle leads and enquiries received through all platforms.

•Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences.

•Suggest suitable holiday packages and destinations.

•Prepare and share customized quotations and itineraries.

•Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

•Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth execution after the booking is confirmed.

•Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update lead status in the CRM.

•Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.

•Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.

•Handle customer queries related to packages, hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers and other travel services.

Requirements:

•Experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Packages / Tour & Travel Industry preferred.

•Good knowledge of destinations such as Andaman, Kerala, North East, Kashmir, Rajasthan, Ujjain, Sikkim, Uttarakhand, Manali etc. ( Must have knowledge of 3-4 Locations /state in India)

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

•Ability to work with sales targets and handle multiple leads simultaneously.

•Experience with CRM software will be an advantage

•Candidates with experience in selling PAN INDIA or have 2 year experience in selling holiday packages will be preferred.
