Job Description

  1. Handle customer enquiries and sales for laptops and related products.
  2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptop models.
  3. Explain product specifications, features, performance, pricing and benefits.
  4. Compare different laptop models and guide customers towards the right product.
  5. Maintain strong knowledge of laptop brands, models and current market offerings.
  6. Achieve assigned sales targets and generate revenue.
  7. Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations professionally.
  8. Coordinate with the internal team for stock availability, billing and order processing.
  9. Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business.
  10. Stay updated with new laptop launches, specifications and market trends.
