Pricing Cum Customer Support – Job Responsibilities

• Handle freight pricing, vendor coordination, and competitive rate analysis for air and sea shipments.
• Prepare spot and contract quotations within the required TAT and respond promptly to customer RFQs.
• Manage export operations for both air and sea shipments, ensuring smooth shipment handling from booking to final delivery/invoicing.
• Provide proactive customer support, including shipment status updates, follow-ups, documentation coordination, and issue resolution.
• Manage the end-to-end shipment cycle, from quotation and booking through documentation, shipment coordination, delivery, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, agents, customs and internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely updates, quick responses, and high customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team with competitive pricing, customer requirements, rate negotiation, and key account management.
• Manage vendor and agent communication to obtain competitive rates and service support.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, rates, customer communications, shipment status, and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, customer retention, and additional business development from existing clients.
