💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 + Incentives

Job RoleWe are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager who can lead a sales team and drive monthly sales & booking closures.
- ResponsibilitiesManage and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate and convert leads into site visits and bookings.
- Handle customer follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with marketing and channel partners for lead generation.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track target achievement.
- 🎯 Target & IncentivesMonthly booking/closure targets will be assigned.
- Attractive performance-based incentives on achieving targets.
- Additional incentives for exceeding monthly targets.
- Strong performers can grow into senior sales/leadership roles.
- Requirements3+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience managing a sales team preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market.
- Must be comfortable with site visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
