Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with customers, explain products or services, handle inquiries, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Knowledge of Hindi and/or English.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and company policy. Incentives may be offered based on performance.
