Job Description
An Educational Telesales Executive (UG/PG Programs) focuses on counseling prospective students, generating leads, and converting telephone inquiries into student enrollments for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) degree courses.
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective student databases/leads and handle incoming phone, chat inquiries regarding UG and PG options.
- Academic Counseling: Explain program curriculum, specialization tracks, career prospects, fee structures, and scholarship options for various bachelor's and master's degrees.
- Admission Guidance: Walk candidates step-by-step through university eligibility criteria, entrance requirements, application deadlines, and fee payment workflows.
- Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-up via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to guide undecided students through the decision-making cycle.
- CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update student profiles, schedule callbacks, and track conversion stages inside the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
