Job Description
Telecaller / Call Coordinator Required – Doctor At Home
We are hiring a Telecaller for our home visit healthcare service. Job involves picking incoming calls, booking patient visits, and coordinating with field/doctor teams.
Salary: ₹[30,000 - 35,000]/month
Shift: [12 hours, Day/Night Both are available]
Location: Pulse Clinic : C-15 A Paschimpuri, Near Club Road Paschim Vihar, Delhi-63
Work:
- Answer incoming patient calls
- Book doctor/nurse home visit appointments
- Coordinate visit details with field team (doctor/nursing staff)
- Follow up with patients for confirmation and feedback
- Maintain call and booking records in CRM
- Handle basic patient queries politely
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, Excel)
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred, freshers can apply
- Patience and ability to multitask during busy hours
