Store & Operations Manager

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Store & Operations Manager who can manage day-to-day store activities, handle customer orders and coordinate with our production team to ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the store/showroom.
• Attend customers and understand their product requirements.
• Explain products, pricing, sizes, customisation options and timelines.
• Take and maintain customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate confirmed orders with the production team.
• Follow up with karigars and production staff for timely completion.
• Track pending, ongoing and completed orders.
• Coordinate customisation requirements between customers and production.
• Maintain basic stock/inventory records.
• Check finished products for quantity and basic quality before dispatch.
• Coordinate packing and dispatch of completed orders.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments and deliveries.
• Maintain order records on Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales, production and pending orders.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues independently.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years preferred.
• Experience in retail, wedding décor, furniture, furnishings, handicrafts, home décor or made-to-order products will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
• Should be organised and comfortable handling multiple orders simultaneously.
• Should be confident coordinating with workers/karigars and customers.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Most importantly, should be responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of work.

The person will work closely with the management and gradually take ownership of the everyday store and order operations at House of Sunehri.
