Production Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage our order-to-garment production cycle, from the moment an online order comes in to the finished, ready-made outfit going into dispatch. This is a factory-floor role — you'll be coordinating directly with our cutting master and production team daily, not sitting in an office.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming online orders daily and translate them into production requirements (styles, sizes, quantities, priorities)
• Hand off cutting instructions to the master cutter based on order specifications and fabric availability
• Track each order's progress through every stage of production — cutting, stitching, finishing, quality checks — until it becomes a ready-made outfit
• Coordinate timelines across stages so orders are completed and dispatch-ready on schedule, especially during high-volume/festive periods
• Flag delays, fabric shortages, or quality issues early and resolve them with the relevant team (cutting master, tailors, quality checkers)
• Maintain basic production records — what's in cutting, what's in stitching, what's completed and ready to ship
• Ensure quality standards are met before an item is marked ready-made

Requirements

• Prior experience in a garment manufacturing/production environment (kidswear or general apparel)
• Working knowledge of the garment production process — cutting, stitching, finishing — enough to follow and manage the flow without needing everything explained
• Comfortable working directly on the factory floor and coordinating with tailoring/cutting staff
• Basic organizational skills to track multiple orders moving through different stages at once
• Reliable, hands-on, and able to catch problems before they become delays

Nice to Have

• Experience specifically with made-to-order or online-order-driven production (rather than only bulk/wholesale runs)
• Familiarity with children's clothing sizing and construction
