Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Social Media Marketing Executive with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization and management. The candidate should have practical knowledge of organic and paid social media strategies and the ability to create engaging content for business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging captions, hashtags, content ideas, reels, stories, and carousel posts.
• Plan and execute organic social media strategies for audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor social media trends and implement relevant content strategies.
• Use tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
• Understand audience behavior, engagement metrics, and organic growth strategies.
• Manage basic Meta Ads campaigns, including campaign objectives, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
• Support the creation and optimization of paid social media campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
• Prepare basic social media performance reports and analyze campaign results.
• Continuously test and implement new organic and paid SMO strategies.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of relevant experience in SMO/Social Media Marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Practical knowledge of Canva and Meta Business Suite.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and paid social campaigns.
• Strong creativity and communication skills.
• Good understanding of audience engagement and social media metrics.
• Basic analytical and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with good trend awareness.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new social media trends and strategies.
