Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Creative Social Media Designer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of graphic design, social media management, and digital marketing — requiring both a sharp eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of what drives engagement and growth online.


The ideal candidate is equally comfortable crafting pixel-perfect visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Distiller / Corel as they are scheduling content calendars, analyzing post performance, and running paid campaigns. You will be the creative engine behind our brand's visual presence across all digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


 Graphic Design

Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets for social media posts, stories, reels, carousels, banners, and ads across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).Develop and maintain a consistent brand visual identity — including typography, color systems, iconography, and design templates — across all marketing touchpoints.Design marketing collateral such as brochures, email headers, pitch decks, event creatives, and promotional materials with a professional, print-ready finish.Create motion graphics, short animated content, and video thumbnails to support video-first strategies and Reels/Shorts formats.


Social Media Management

Own and manage the brand's presence across all social media platforms — planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content consistently.Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and brand narratives.Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that complement the visual content and drive engagement.Monitor comments, messages, and mentions — actively engaging with the community to build brand loyalty.Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, trending formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories), and cultural moments to keep content timely and relevant.Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and UGC creators to extend content reach.


Marketing & Strategy

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to optimize campaign performance and ROI.Track and report on key metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversions — translating data into actionable insights.Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify content gaps and growth opportunities.Collaborate with the broader marketing team on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.Support email marketing efforts by designing HTML email templates and managing segmentation where required.
