Job Description

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Graphic Design.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Instagram and Facebook, including content strategy, audience growth, engagement, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute social media strategies, rather than simply posting content.
  • Experience in creating and managing Reels, posts, stories, campaigns, and content calendars.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, hashtags, reach, engagement, and organic growth.
  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Ability to create professionally designed social media creatives independently.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including maintaining databases, content calendars, performance reports, and basic data analysis.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for marketing plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Ability to analyse social media performance and use insights to improve content and growth.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual identity, and content marketing, preferably with experience in fashion, lifestyle, accessories, or D2C brands.
  • Ability to independently research competitors, market trends, viral content, and relevant social media opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Highly creative, proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of work without constant supervision.
