E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings, advertising campaigns, account health, and day-to-day operations on Amazon. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with Amazon Seller Central and a good understanding of product listing optimization, keyword research, PPC advertising, inventory management, and marketplace policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central.
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, images, and other listing content.
• Conduct keyword research using tools such as Helium 10 or similar e-commerce software.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC advertising campaigns.
• Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Analyze advertising performance using metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, impressions, and conversions.
• Regularly update bids, budgets, keywords, and campaign structures to improve performance.
• Monitor listing quality, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and account health issues.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment for FBM and FBA products.
• Create promotions, coupons, discounts, and other marketplace offers.
• Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising spend, and product performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor competitor listings, prices, keywords, reviews, and advertising strategies.
• Coordinate with content, design, warehouse, and customer support teams.
• Resolve listing errors, variation issues, category problems, and Seller Central cases.
• Ensure all listings and campaigns comply with Amazon marketplace policies.
