• Manage daily restaurant or café operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervise service staff and kitchen team.
• Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and shift reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel, café, or restaurant is preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage staff and handle customer issues.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
