Salesman

We are looking for a confident and well-behaved Salesman for our Saree Shop.

The candidate should be able to understand the customer’s requirements, preferences and budget, and accordingly show them suitable sarees and help them make the right purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customers politely and professionally.

• Understand the customer’s requirement, occasion, budget and preferred style.

• Show suitable sarees according to their needs.

• Explain different designs, fabrics, colours and options clearly.

• Convince and guide customers to help close the sale.

• Maintain a friendly, respectful and positive attitude with customers.

• Present himself neatly and professionally.

• Help maintain proper display and arrangement of sarees in the shop.

• Build a good relationship with customers and provide a good shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Should be confident and presentable.

• Polite and respectful behaviour is very important.

• Should have good sales skills and be comfortable interacting with different types of customers.

• Experience in saree, garments, clothing or retail sales will be preferred.

• Candidate should be active, responsible and willing to learn.

• Knowledge of different saree types and fabrics will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who can understand what the customer actually wants instead of simply showing random products, and who can confidently work like a professional retail salesman.
