Job Description
Sales Executive / Telecaller – Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain and promote products/services based on customer requirements.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and call details in the CRM/dialer.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain required calling, productivity, and conversion benchmarks.
- Complete customer verification/KYC and application formalities, wherever applicable.
- Follow company quality, compliance, and data-security guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and issue resolution.
- Participate in product/process training and quality feedback sessions.
- Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
