Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their business requirements, demonstrating product value and driving revenue growth. The role involves engaging with prospects, conducting product discussions, facilitating free-trial onboarding and converting qualified opportunities into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.

* Identify and engage potential customers across different industries.

* Conduct Zoom meetings and product overview sessions with prospective clients.

* Assist prospects with free-trial setup and onboarding of the platform.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

* Follow up with leads and nurture opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

* Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and customer interaction reports.

* Submit hourly productivity reports and sales activity updates.

* Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, CRM Sales and Business Development. 

* Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to understand customer challenges and effectively position technology solutions.

* Strong sense of ownership, accountability and result orientation.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

* Prior experience in technology, software, CRM, SaaS or automation sales will be an added advantage.

* Manage the team of sales executives and generate revenues.
