Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by promoting company products to doctors, chemists, and stockiest.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets or expand existing ones.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory levels using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics) to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cardiology, diabetology, nephrology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, orthopedics & pain management products.
- Excellent communication skills for effective doctor-doctor meetings and hospital visits.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
