Business Development & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients.
• Contact clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
• Promote and sell Web Development, Mobile App Development, E-commerce Development, and Custom Portal Development services.
• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to client conversion.
• Follow up with potential clients and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare quotations and proposals as required.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand and communicate project requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in Software/IT Sales is required.
• Experience in client handling and lead conversion.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of software development services.
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
