Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Presentations: Lead product demos, explain complex features, and map product capabilities to client challenges.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct discovery meetings and site visits to evaluate operational constraints and system requirements.
• Proposal Development: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and create cost estimates.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and smooth project execution.
• Client Relations: Build long-term trust by providing ongoing technical support and addressing client objections.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Computer Science, or related field).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in technical sales or engineering support.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to simplify technical data.
• Problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP software.
