Sales Trainer

 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our sales teams. The trainer will play a critical role in enhancing product knowledge, improving sales techniques, and ensuring compliance across diverse financial products including life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and other investment solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured training modules for insurance and financial product sales.
• Conduct induction programs for new recruits and advanced workshops for existing sales teams.
• Train sales executives on product features, benefits, compliance requirements, and client handling.
• Enhance selling skills including prospecting, objection handling, cross-selling, and relationship management.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, role plays, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and design customized training solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to keep training content relevant.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to sales teams.
• Prepare training reports and recommend strategies to improve overall sales productivity.
