Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, analyze, and organize data from different teams and departments.
- Create reports, dashboards, trackers, and presentations for management.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
- Perform data analysis and identify trends, gaps, and performance insights.
- Maintain databases and update records regularly.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect required data and information.
- Automate reports and improve reporting processes wherever possible.
- Required Skills:Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Advanced formulas and functions
- Conditional Formatting
- Charts and Dashboards
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle large amounts of data accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.
