Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant / Backend Travel Executive to assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable travel packages, managing end-to-end bookings, and ensuring an outstanding travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation requirements.
• Recommend and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel-related services.
• Prepare travel itineraries, process reservations, and manage booking documentation.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients before and after bookings to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support throughout the travel journey.
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and promotional offers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in travel sales, holiday packages, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
