Job Title: Laptop Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Laptop Technician with a minimum of 6 months of experience in repairing or servicing laptops. Candidates who also have sales knowledge are welcome to apply and may be considered for a dual role in technical support and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops
  • Replace or repair faulty parts such as screens, keyboards, and batteries
  • Install or update operating systems, drivers, and software
  • Maintain service logs and customer repair records
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting
  • (If applicable) Support in-store sales by explaining product features and helping customers choose suitable devices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in laptop repair/service
  • Good understanding of hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers
  • Sales knowledge or interest is a plus
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Salary: 12000-16000
