Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain and service Audio-Visual equipment and solutions.
  • Handle cable pulling, termination, rack installation, dressing and labelling.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV equipment issues.
  • Read technical drawings, layouts and equipment manuals.
  • Ensure proper installation as per project specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare site reports and service reports.
  • Coordinate professionally with clients, contractors and internal teams.
  • Provide technical support to other technicians when required.
  • Willingness to travel and work at client sites as required.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Windows software.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with AV equipment and major AV brands.
  • Good knowledge of cabling, connectors, soldering and crimping.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
