Job Description: Inside Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for an organized and proactive Inside Sales Executive to manage quote generation, back-office sales administration, and active customer follow-ups to drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Quotation Management: Prepare and issue accurate price quotes, estimates, and proposals to clients in a timely manner.
Back-Office Support: Process sales orders, update CRM records, and coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Customer Follow-ups: Follow up with clients via phone and email on sent quotations, payment statuses, and inbound sales inquiries.
Lead Conversion: Track pending quotes and nurture customer inquiries to convert them into confirmed sales.
Requirements
0–6 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or back-office administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
