HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with team for hiring sales and technical persons.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage end to end recruitment process for sales, technical requirements.
2. Source candidate through hiring platforms and field people.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
4. Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic/video interviews.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and respective department heads.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates through the hiring process.
7. Negotiate salary and discuss joining timelines and company norms clearly with candidates.
8. Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
9. Ensure proper documentation and completion of the joining and onboarding process.
10. Coordinate with candidates for offer letters, joining documents, and other HR formalities.

Skills and Requirements :

1. 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment/talent acquisitions.
2. Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
4. Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneoulsy.
5. Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
6. Should be from beauty and personal background and have experience in FMGC, Beauty Salon or Professional beauty industry.
7. Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
8. Should be proactive, organized and target oriented.

1. No. of positions closed within the required timeline.
2. Quality of shortlisted candidates.
3. Interview-to-selection ratio
4. Joining conversion ratio
5. Candidate follow-up and database management
6. Employee retention during the initial joining period.
