Shopify E-commerce Manager & Performance Marketing Expert RequiredWe are looking for an experienced Shopify E-commerce Manager / Performance Marketing Expert who can take complete responsibility for our Shopify business — from store setup to daily management and generating sales.

We are looking for someone who can work independently and help us build, manage, and grow our online sales.

• Key Responsibilities1. Complete Shopify Store SetupSet up our Shopify store from A to Z
• Select and customize a professional Shopify theme
• Design a modern, attractive, and conversion-focused website
• Set up homepage, product pages, collections, menus, navigation, cart, and checkout
• Upload and manage products
• Set up product categories, variants, pricing, offers, etc.
• Configure payment gateways
• Set up shipping and delivery settings
• Configure taxes and other Shopify settings
• Connect and configure domain
• Create all required pages such as About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return/Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, etc.
• Install and configure necessary Shopify apps
• Make the store fully responsive for mobile and desktop
• Set up basic SEO
• Set up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI and other tracking systems as required

2. Shopify Store ManagementAfter the initial setup, the selected person will also be responsible for ongoing Shopify store management, including:

• Adding and updating products
• Managing product collections and categories
• Updating prices, offers, banners, and promotions
• Improving product pages and conversion rate
• Managing Shopify apps and integrations
• Monitoring orders and sales
• Identifying and fixing website issues
• Improving website performance and user experience
• Checking analytics and customer behavior
• Finding opportunities to increase conversion and revenue

3. Meta Ads – Facebook & InstagramThe candidate should have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing through Meta Ads.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Create proper campaign structure
• Set up Meta Pixel and Conversions API
• Create audiences and retargeting campaigns
• Test different creatives, audiences, and ad copies
• Run retargeting campaigns for website visitors and customers
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, etc.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve sales and profitability
• Scale successful campaigns while controlling advertising costs

4. Google Ads / AdWordsThe candidate should also be experienced in Google Ads for e-commerce.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and manage Google Ads
• Google Shopping campaigns
• Performance Max campaigns
• Search campaigns
• Remarketing campaigns
• Keyword research
• Conversion tracking
• Product feed / Merchant Center setup
• Campaign optimization
• Monitor ROAS, CPC, CPA and conversions
• Scale campaigns based on performance

5. Sales & GrowthThe main goal of this role is not just to manage the website or run ads — it is to generate profitable sales and grow the business.

The candidate should:

• Understand e-commerce sales funnels
• Analyze sales and advertising data
• Identify products with high sales potential
• Improve conversion rates
• Develop strategies to increase Shopify sales
• Test different offers, landing pages and creatives
• Reduce customer acquisition cost
• Improve ROAS and overall profitability
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations
