🎯 Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Quick-Commerce Executive to manage and scale our operations across major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C website) as well as quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end cataloging, inventory dispatch, high fill-rate management, and daily portal operations.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities⚡
• Quick-Commerce Operations (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart):PO & Inbound Logistics: Process Purchase Orders (POs) from dark stores/hubs, schedule inbound appointments, and manage stock dispatches.
• Fill Rate & OOS Tracking: Monitor inventory levels at the dark-store level to prevent Out-Of-Stock (OOS) situations and maintain high fill rates.
• Listing & Dark Store Mapping: Onboard new SKUs on quick-commerce portals, optimize product titles/pricing, and ensure location-wise mapping.
• Returns & Claims: Handle damaged stock reconciliation, returns processing, and claim submissions.

• 🛍️ E-Commerce Marketplace Operations (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C):
• Cataloging & Listing: Create and manage high-converting product listings with SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and A+ content.
• Order & Inventory Sync: Process daily orders smoothly, update inventory across portals, and adhere strictly to dispatch SLAs.
• Promotions & Deals: Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, price deals, and manage Seller Flex / FBA stock movements.
• Account Health & Performance: Maintain top-tier seller account metrics (low cancellation rates, zero late dispatches, high ratings).
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate daily/weekly sales reports, inventory health summaries, and channel-wise performance dashboards.

• 📋 Requirements & Skills
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing E-Commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub) and Quick-Commerce platforms (Blinkit Seller Hub, Zepto Partner Portal, etc.).
• Strong understanding of dark store fulfillment, PO execution, and quick-commerce supply chain logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Reconciliation).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
