About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced cutting & materials coordinator to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will handle fabric cutting, manage trims and materials inventory, and ensure smooth coordination between cutting, sewing, and dyeing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cut fabrics as per production/order specifications

- Issue and track threads, linings, zips, and other trims from stock

- Maintain accurate inventory records; flag items running low or out of stock

- Track fabric batches pending dyeing and coordinate handoff with the dyeing unit

- Liaise with cutting, sewing, and stores teams to maintain production efficiency

- Report shortages or delays to the supervisor promptly

- Minimize fabric wastage during cutting

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a garment/textile factory (cutting/stores role preferred)

- Familiarity with cutting tools and techniques

- Basic record-keeping skills (register)

- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Attention to detail.
