Job Description
What You Will Do
- Manage stock of food, beverages, packaging, and consumables across the restaurant and all outlets
- Do daily and weekly physical stock counts and a monthly full audit; report and explain variances
- Set par levels and reorder points; raise indents and purchase orders on time so no outlet ever runs out
- Receive goods against orders: verify quantity, quality, and invoices (GRN), and reject substandard supply
- Manage the central store and inter-outlet stock transfers with proper documentation
- Follow FIFO/FEFO, track expiry dates, and maintain hygienic, FSSAI-compliant storage
- Track wastage and shrinkage, and work with kitchen teams to reduce both
- Coordinate with vendors on deliveries, rates, and replacements; maintain vendor and rate records
- Keep records updated in inventory software and Excel; share weekly consumption, stock, and food cost reports with management
