Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who can handle customer queries professionally and provide quick and effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through emails, WhatsApp, and chat, calls.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, delivery, returns, replacements, and refunds.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on pending customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Educate customers about products, features, usage, and basic troubleshooting when required.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a professional relationship with customers.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Patient, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / E-commerce Support will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
