Job Description
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue or pending payments.
Inform customers about outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options.
Follow up regularly on promised payment dates.
Negotiate suitable payment plans as per company policy.
Handle customer questions, objections, and payment-related concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, payments, and follow-ups.
