Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Follow up with clients regarding orders, services, payments, and other requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure regular follow-up and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Prepare and share regular updates/reports with the reporting manager.
• Achieve assigned individual and team targets.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in client handling, customer relationship, upselling and cross-selling will be an advantage.
