Business Development Executive (BDE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Sales

-Identify and reach out to new corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and in-person meetings.

-Go on sales calls and client visits, independently and alongside senior team members.

-Manage the onboarding of new clients, from first conversation to confirmed booking.

-Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for clients.

Hotel & Vendor Negotiation

-Discuss rates, packages and terms with hotels, venues and travel partners.

-Negotiate the best deals for group bookings, conferences and events.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with our hotel and vendor network.

Office & Coordination Work

-Maintain client databases, trackers, costings and reports in MS Excel.

-Coordinate between clients, hotels, transporters and internal teams.

-Handle documentation, follow-ups and day-to-day office work.

Tours & Event Operations

-Travel with senior management to dedicated tours and events across India and abroad.

-Act as tour operator and on-ground coordinator, handling check-ins, schedules, guest queries and

logistics.

-Support smooth event execution and ensure an excellent experience for every client.
