About the RoleBrandman India is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills, along with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through calls, leads, references and networking.
• Handle prospective clients and convert leads into successful business.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable Brandman India services and packages.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute towards overall company growth.
• Requirements3–4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Confident personality with a professional approach.
• Ability to handle clients independently.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of sales processes and lead conversion.
• Candidates with experience in B2B sales, media, events, PR, branding or corporate services will be preferred.
