Business Automation Analyst

Job Role:

• Refine live applications based on field feedback — cut completion time, cut error rates, remove the friction that makes people work around the system
• Automate new processes across audit, inspection, installation and reverse logistics operations
• Build dashboards and reports for internal operations heads and for clients — turning field data into something people actually make decisions from
• Tighten the data standards — tagging, field naming, versioning — that the entire reporting layer depends on
• Document what exists and what you build, so the system outlives any one person

Job Expectation and Experience:

• 2–3 years building on a no-code or low-code platform (Zoho Creator, Power Apps, AppSheet, Kissflow, Glide or similar). We'll train you on ours
• Experience improving something you didn't originally design — reading someone else's build and making it better
• Proven ability to gather requirements from non-technical users and turn them into working builds
• Strong Google Sheets skills; scripting ability is a bonus, not a requirement
• Willingness to travel to sites occasionally

Good to have

• Hands-on experience with a BI tool — Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, Zoho Analytics or similar
• Basic SQL, or scripting in any language
• Exposure to field operations, logistics or audit-driven businesses
