Job Description

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  4. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  5. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  6. Handle payroll coordination and monthly salary-related activities.
  7. Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
  8. Prepare HR reports, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
  9. Coordinate with management and internal teams for HR requirements.
  10. Ensure smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
