9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

*Working Days:*

1st and 3rd Saturday: Half-day working

2nd and 4th Saturday: Off

Sunday: Off

*Job Summary*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our BPO operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for various customer service, voice, non-voice, sales, and support roles.

*Key Responsibilities*

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.

Schedule candidates for further interview rounds.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams regarding manpower requirements.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining and onboarding.

Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant recruitment experience may apply.

Experience in BPO recruitment will be preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing and screening abilities.

Knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment trackers.

*Experience*

6 months to 4 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

Good communication and an interest in recruitment may also be considered.

*Preferred Candidate Profile*

Experience hiring for Voice, Non-Voice, Customer Service, Sales, or other BPO processes.

Ability to handle bulk hiring.

Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented.

Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills
