Job Description – Senior Accountant (Logistics)Position: Senior Accountant

Experience: 4–7 Years

Location: Jaipur

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions related to logistics operations.
• Handle logistics billing, freight invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Verify transporter, freight, and logistics-related invoices.
• Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and payment summaries.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Coordinate with logistics, purchase, dispatch, and finance teams.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely settlements.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support audits.
• RequirementsB.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification.
• 4–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in Logistics/Transportation/Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting activities independently.
