Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact person for client needs and questions.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships over time.
  • Find new sales opportunities within current accounts (upselling and cross-selling).
  • Handle contract renewals and negotiate deals.
  • Work with internal teams to make sure client projects and services finish on time.
  • Fix client complaints fast and stop issues from growing.
  • Share regular progress reports and data with clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Past work experience as an Account Manager or in customer service and sales.
  • Strong skill in using CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Great talk and listening skills.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation talents.
  • Ability to manage many projects at the same time.
