About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and hardworking HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in building a career in recruitment and human resources. Freshers are absolutely welcome, and complete training and guidance will be provided. Candidates with previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, telecalling or HR will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining

• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, databases and other recruitment channels

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to the requirements

• Contact candidates through calls and messages and explain job opportunities

• Conduct initial telephonic screening/interviews

• Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with the concerned team

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining

• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets

• Ensure regular follow-up with selected candidates until their joining

• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Assist the HR/recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities

Candidate Requirement

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications

• Good interpersonal and convincing skills

• Should be confident while speaking with candidates

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred

• Prior experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, consultancy or telecalling will be an added advantage

• Candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in HR and recruitment are encouraged to apply

For Freshers

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. You do not need extensive recruitment experience. Training, guidance and support will be provided to help you understand candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and the overall recruitment process.

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates with experience in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, Telecalling or Business Development can also apply. Salary and incentives can be discussed based on relevant experience, communication skills and performance.

Salary & Incentives

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.

In addition to the fixed salary, performance-based incentives may be provided based on recruitment targets and achievements.
